I currently have service with Cingular.

I was thinking of getting the HP 6315 but it's too bulky.

Do any of you currently own the Treo 650 through Cingular? Do you like the Media Works package?

Also, do any of you guys have any contacts or can get the Treo 650 at a discount?

    Thanks in advance.

Getting one on Wednesday. I'll let you know. I think the price is somewhere around $400. I'm also getting the "Bluetooth" wireless head set. Hope it works, I'm pretty careless while in the car, need to be more responsible and pay attention. This is part of the answer I hope.

The bluetooth stuff works pretty well.

There are also bluetooth speakerphone kits that can be installed your car if you don't want to wear the headset. I have been looking at them. expansys has some, so do other places.

I have a few friends with them. While they are 'neato', after you inquire for a few minutes, they say they are crap and waiting for the next version, the 650. Hopefully will be better, along with the service. Currently when I text them, it comes up anonymous and doesn't provide the user with a name/number/nada. But I'm through AT&T with a Nokia 6820. It works ok, but has a functional keyboard that I couldn't live without.

I have had both the 600 & 650 and like Schatten says after the "neato" facto wears off they are not much to speak of concerning quality and performance. I have since been testing out BlackBerries for our company and have had 100% better luck with the performance and reliability of the phone and e-mail system. As of now I'm redirecting the e-mail from my desktop but we are putting in their enterprise server this week and won't have the need for the redirection from the desktop. If interested in any of this feel free to pm my with any questions.

I have the 600 and love it. The only problem i had with it was that i cracked the screen somehow. I put an order in for a 650 should come in this week.

I have had a 650 from Sprint for the past few months. I have been pretty pleased with it. I still like my Blackberry, esp the size of the keys. Quality and fit / finish is not bad.

I would like to use the web browser every once in a while. I reallly need the PDA fuctions more then everything else. Internet access and e-mail is extra. I don't like carry around a PDA and a phone, it's a real hassle, constatly charging both of them. Some people have all these things and they attach then to their belts...making them look like an "urban" Batman.

    Thanks guys.
