I was fortunate to be invited to photograph the Chesapeake Pantera Club fall meet by Fred Terry. A very nice group of people with some beautiful cars. Italian styling with 'merican v-8 power and roar! There were a couple original owners and some with rather modified engines. Fred's 85 gts has twin superchargers pumping out over 500hp.

    regards

    Ken

I have always wanted to buy a Pantera and after all these years it is still a beautiful car. I think I am going to start looking for one again.

XLNT!!! Thanks for posting the pics Ken.

I take it that Daytona/Cobra in pic#1 was a rep?

Was that a 60s Cougar also in pic#1?

Also saw a new GT too.

Love that orig yellow P. Not too many orig ones around, almost all owners at the least change the wheels, not me.

    Pantera's look so beastly!
The silver car in the first pic, that's not a Pantera is it? I'm probably wrong but isn't that an old Ferrari?
But anyway all the cars and pics are awesome, thanks.

Thats a Shelby Daytona kit. See the below larger picture.

One of the benifits of coming to a Marque meet, is if you breakdown, there are a whole bunch of experts to help troubleshoot. In this case, a guy's bearings froze in the left front and the alternator went. On a Sunday afternoon, they were able to go to AutoZone and get both parts! Try that with an Italian motor!

Also pictured a very nice and not often seen 289 cobra kit along with my friend's Ford GT.

    regards
