Hahaha,nah,must be paint Phil I tell ya what! F*ck the Capritso and the Tubi for $5000. I started the car without the bottom muffler on and i gave it a rev once she warmed up and it sounded fantastic! Not much louder,but very F1 like at around 5000 RPM. I didnt free rev it to the limiter. I put the bottom muffler back on for now,so the top mufflers' outlets wont melt my rear spoiler,plus all the exhaust fumes seemed to be sucked back into the engine bay also,but i think i am goin to see the muffler shop after my nightshifts next week and see if he can make me 2 pipes straight out the back,like you mentioned. have you looked at the numbers? The XR6 Turbo isn't far off the 348 to 100kmh, and after that I'm sure it would stay close. I'd say they are pretty evenly matched (in a drag race), far from a disaster.
no haven't looked at the numbers,but it really depand on what mods are done,but being me i'd take make sure the 348 wins at whatever the cost (not trying to sound mean dingo).

Yeah,like i said,he was only a young guy and he was probably driving like a fairy too. Im guessing it was a stocko,it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor yesterday Ive driven them before,stocko,and the sedans,they are not that exciting anyways Id be confident that id take him anyways. Im goin for a lap later on when its not so hot and ill keep a look out for him to make an example of him again hehe
Be careful... Nispro (who did Tons 355TT) do a 600BHP kit for XR6 for about $2.50 or something like that.....

I said $2.50, not $2.5K. But I could be wrong........... Seriously, I think the 600BHP conversion is about $5 or 6K. Ton has a Ute with all his building equip in the back, with 600BHP....
