While I am no PH fan, she is getting a much harsher sentence that others with the same crime and probation violation usually get...celebrities should be treated no better nor worse than the rest of us...

N/m.... Found it. I was hoping for something more interesting.

 

Gonna have to disagree with you there. She violated probation twice. I have friends that got longer sentences for less. Also she won't serve more then a few days with the jail situation in L.A..

 

IF there's one person who needs to serve the full 45 days, its her. I hope she gets the crap beat out of her by the other inmates.....'blanket party', anyone?

Are people just jealous? Do they think they never did anything wrong when they were a kid? She needs to grow up and I expect that she will, but it's not my problem and I don't want any harm to come of her.

I spent 22 hours in jail and thought I was going to die for sure.

Way too harsh. the best parties are on the weekend. No way.

Monday and Tuesday nights would be much more reasonable. She'll miss Boston Legal, but it will be reuns by then anyway and she could always tape it.
