    Are the white or orange parking lights on the nose of a Boxer made by Carello or Siem? Magneti Marelli now owns both companies now but what manufacturer name is on the lights?

    Please advise...Keith

    Keith, I believe they are Carello....I seem to recall C.D. had a pair of white ones years ago.

    correct, Carello is molded right into the lens

    I have a spare pair of amber lamps that I would have to dig out but I swear they said Carello on them. These ones in my car currently dont say that. Hmmmmm......i wonder. Maybe im thinking of the tail lamps, cars been parked since thanksgiving.

    Mine say siem also. 1979 Boxer with amber marker lights. The red and amber tail lights say carrello.

    Pull the trigger? I'm probably going to buy a pair of parking lights just to make sure I've got them when the right car comes along because so few seem to have clear lenses. It starts with the books, then the brochures and then the odd spare part gets acquired. It's my way of feeding the beast until the right car shows up. I did the same thing with the Dino.

    If/when I buy, you'll all be the first to know.

    When you buy used ones you will most likely have to fill the mounting holes and redrill to match the car they go on since the holes are made as they are installing them on the car by hand.
