    I have this shift lever that I'm trying to figure out just what model Ferrari it attatches itself to. Check out the pic. It's the one that's not broken on the right. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    It seems that nearly all of the mid-engined Ferraris have somewhat of a rearward rake to the lever, so with this being straight and fairly long, I'm guessing it could be from one of the later, front-engined V-12 Ferraris (from the 365 GT4 2+2 up to the 412?).

    I may have solved this mystery. My UK friends seem to think it's from a UK ca. I.E. The right side driver. So maybe it is from a 355. Can anyone concur with this?

    Nothing much. I did some some Euro help. One chap suggests it is from a UK car. Hence the differant angle. Now that makes sense. I'm asking my UK friends to check their 355's to see. Thanks for asking. Hey since I have your attention Daniel, can the HVAC Ecu's from 355's be repaired? I have my circuit board out. Checked all the obvious stuff. No burned traces, no oxidation on pins. I deoxed them anyway. This seems to be the cause of the stepper motor (or servo) to not run.

    Yes, it's always something!! (Was that SNL's Rosanne Rosanna Danna, or am I dating myself?)

    We have never even tried to repair a 355 HVAC ECU. They fail more frequently than people would like to admit, and we have sold a reasonable number of them over the past few years.

    I cofirmed the ECU is bad. My mechanic had one laying around and I plugged it in. Behold. The little motor that drives the hot/cold valve operates.

    Is there a warranty on those?

    I got a Pic from a guy in the UK. This is definatly from a RH drive car. Mystery solved. Check the photo. I guess Ferrari uses that model in it's exploded parts diagram view which led to the confusion. Which explains why 355's have 2 differant P/N's for the shifter. Learn something new everyday on this car.
