I've done the search to no avail. I'm looking for a door handle part for a 308. It looks like a truss head machine screw..........it goes through the door jab and allows the door handle to pivot on it. Anybody got any ideas what it's called? Thanks Charles

ashsimmonds, thx..unfortuntely the wrong part. I'm just looking for the "truss head machine screw" that gous through the door jam and into the door handle to secure.
If you're talking about something like item #51 as shown in this jpeg (a Truss head shoulder screw with a slotted drive from the '78 308 SPC), I think your only hope is FerrariUK or a used one from one of the dismantelers (e.g., T. Rutlands, GT, etc....). What year 308? (Your Profile needs more info !)
I tried to replace the #51 type screw for my 328 as mine was buggered up, Its a Ferrari only part and Ferrari UK did not carry them the same with dismantlers or dealers. Its a very special flat head metric screw, I ended up going to a Kawasaki dealer and looked at the new race bikes they have similar custom made finish ultra flat screws on their fairings, find a bike with similar screws that hold down the fairings and check their parts dept for a pair.
Is this what you guys are after #60273901 - we have just had them made - $20 each It's 18mm long and has a 7mm "shank"
Hi guys. The screws are £11.20 each + duty + shipping. Can be ordered on www.owners.ferrari.com or drop me a mail at ferrariparts.co.uk
ferrari uk, where on the www.owners.ferrari.com sight can it be ordered. I can't find any links that remotely resemble "parts for sale" Thanks
Hi Yes, the Italians have done a tremendous job of hiding it ! www.owners.ferrari.com > Spare Parts (vertical menu of left of screen) > Go The Factory run the Owners' Site and we run the spares site so you have to go thru these hoops to get there, unfortunately. Hope this helps.
