    You should be able to either get one from Ferrari or just purchase a metric set screw of the right thread. I haven't had mine apart on my 348 but I had an E-Type Jag for 25 years and it had very similar throttle linkage. The end of the set screw that abuts the ball link is probably convex to match the ball radius. Remember to apply grease on installation.
