    The car I'm working on now is missing the parts that the vent wire attaches to to regulate the opening and closing of the vent. Does anyone out there know where i can find these.

    They look the same as the ones on the 308 GT4. There is a spring that goes in the blunt end of the cable holder and a 6mm ball bearing that slides across the vent housing detents.
    Try the usual suppliers - Ferrparts, etc.
