I've had this issue for over a year now but haven't had the time to fix it...
The passenger side door opens with no issues whatsoever from the inside, but from the outside the only way to open it is if you pull the handle quick and hard. Any idea if there is any adjustment? Or is it a stretched cable or something? Any idea as to why this would only happen from the outside? Thanks

common issue for 360/F430, it's the cable, very easy to swap , my F430 had same problem once.

I had a similar problem, but I believe mine actually resulted from a broken cable or cable fitting (my exterior handle wouldn't work at all - just the interior one). I had my mechanic take the door apart and replace the cable system, I think. Probably cost me about $500.
But, yes, it's a common problem. Comes with age I guess.

The cable is no longer offered as a discrete spare. It comes with the complete latch assembly:

Ferrari Parts : 69998000 RH DOOR LOCK : Ricambi America

The good news (if you can consider it good news...) is that the new style cables and latch seem to be holding up quite well over time.

+1, this is what my trusty mechanic told me as well, and that's why we had to replace the whole assembly. But, I look at it like an upgrade, and not just a repair. Seems to be working well - waiting for same problem on driver's side though...
Thank god there's only two doors!

That is a refreshing perspective - for real! Masr Quattroporte owners get to deal with all four window regulators failing. Yuck.

Yikes that's an expensive part! Maybe I can find something used somewhere.

You might get luck and find it just needs adjustment. Have your mechanic take a look.

It's usually the cable getting looser and if it's not snapped it will just take an adjustment. I've had to do it on mine, pain in the ... You need to take the inner door panel out and then there's a way to work your way blindly into the upper corner of the door, close to the latch mechanism. There may be other ways but this worked for me, I think the adjustment is now towards the end of the cable so if there's anymore give over time I will need to replace it.

Mine was just a small plastic part that needed replacing, cost me about $1 for the part which was

    65700900

Once replaced my passenger door now opens from the outside as well as the inside!

That part is relevant when not opening from the inside...the inside not opening issue is a lot easier to fix than the outside from my experience.

Most ridiculous fix ever... So I decided after suffering for about a year to start taking my door apart to fix the issue. So after I take out the first screw from
Inside the car I'm like wait a second... Wonder what these two screws do (see pic) I tightened both as they were both loose... And boom, it's fixed... Seriously? Are those adjustment screws or something?
