An interesting failure of a passenger display ('18 LussoT) --- a thick viscus jell inside of the screen leaked out --- display shows a level of fluid (I was parked on an incline) - leakage on the dash through the model designation.

Why do we have perishable electronic displays in cars? Of course it’s going to fail. Leave your smartphone in a closed car in the sun…

Reminds me of what happened to the old Casio watches LCD that literally everyone born before 1985 had at one time.

I had one of those… they were destined to fail, but IIRC they were cheaper than a Ferrari.

Well..when you purchase a Stilantis product..owned by share holders, things like this will happen. I'm sure the Dodge/Ram forums have a repair service for this problem.

Oh, I'm old. I thought you were talking about something else. I guess Depends will not fix the problem.

Actually the displays in rams are some of the best in the business.

They were ahead of their time when new and are built by Garmin.

I don't believe Ferrari uses Garmin unfortunately
