    I love verything about my 328, except for the %^& passenger side mirror. It magnifies so much that it's useless on a low slung car like any 3x8. Is this factory and can it be repaced with a non-magnifying mirror just like the one of the driver's side?
    This forum is great. I just bought the car in mid-august and it's my first Ferrari (I have four other vintage sports cars). I've had a bunch of questions and the responses have been quite helpfull. Thanks everyone.

    Remove the mirror and have another one cut by the glass shop.

    That's what I thought. How do I remove the glass and reattach the new piece. Sorry if that's a dumb question.

    There was a thread earlier this year about someone who
    had a broken mirror and how they replaced it. It will take
    some search expertise but should be worth the time...there
    were pictures.

    A quick search yielded this:

    Worse case - make an good outline drawing onto paper.
    Carefully break the glass to learn how it's fastened.
    Use the outline to have another made.

    My 88 328 does not have magnified mirror on the passenger side. Is yours original?
