    Me too,as i found out 82's came with only one mirror.I regularly drive truck / trailer and have become accustomed to having 2 mirrors especially to backup and of course for lane changing.

    Hey Claudio, mirrors were often dealer supplied, not sure if that one is OEM....

    Check with Matt out at ReOriginals (in Tomball now) as he had a pair of small rectangular Vitalonis that would be "correct" for our cars.....I think they were one black, one gray, not a matched pair, but paintable...

    They have the accordian bellows over the adjustment balls, just like mine on #22127...

    It IS nice to be able to check the RH side, I backed into a mini van the other day and left her a HUGE red stripe, she was parked crooked and over my lines......wiped off my corner indicator light tho....$28 bucks!!

    I learned that sometimes it best to take a "four legged" companion for a ride, than bad company...
    I don't have an "ex" (yet). I have a "current"....but she is cool.
    It is so funny to see him "leaning" against the curves as I turn....

    I've been looking for a mirror like that for years! Original "Flag" style, Vitalonis are too small, RHD cars came with the mirror we want. I think QVs also had both mirrors like this, not sure about that one though. Anyway, I REALLY want one as well, from a RHD salvage perhaps? pm me too if you can find one, thanks, Dino

    Aside from originality (which I am all for), why not change both of them until you find the proper version? No sense in getting into problems and have bigger things to worry about.
