    Bob Wallace died last Thursday. I originally met him in high school as part of the trifecta that included Harley Cluxton with Grand Touring Cars and Bill Young with GT Car Parts. Always a gentleman. He did the heads on my P400 and recently blueprinted the carburetors. End of an era. The loss of a historical Lamborghini icon.

    Very sad indeed. Grew up as a kid seeing his name in all the Lamborghini books that I bought "back in the day".

    I met Bob Wallace many years when he rebuilt an engine for one of my customers. He was one of the true original characters in the auto business.

    Mr. Wallace, rest in peace. Our world is a little less interesting today by your passing.

    I’m very sad to learn that news.
    I was happy this year to see how he was celebrated by the factory.
    I’ve interviewed him 2 years ago and was impressed by his sharp analysis of that era !

    Sorry to hear this news. Bob did a good amount of work for us over the years. As previously said, quite the character.

    I understand the shop was pre-sold to Hadjuk's son. So, at least the tradition will carry on.
