There's a "similar" one on ebay right now, in gold....
You might want to Google the seller's name before writing the check....there are some interesting stories to find.
Recent 5970g gets the high number at auction: https://www.phillips.com/detail/PATEK-PHILIPPE/CH080118/132 Sent from my BBB100-3 using Tapatalk
https://www.jomashop.com/patek-philippe-watch-5146g-001.html This has been my dream watch for last 10 years. Back then it was only 12k. Should have bought it then. Pateks are by far the best time pieces in the world imo. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I use to own a 5146g. Lovely piece. Can be had for a lot less than retail on the secondary market these days. Take the plunge. Image Unavailable, Please Login

For a preowned Patek I would contact David. He may not have one in stock but can usually find what you are looking for. He is well known in watch circles and is a trusted seller. Have done many large dollar deals with him over the years including Pateks. My guess is you are looking at high $20s low $30s for one that’s a year or two old, unpolished, full set including Certificate of Authentication. Don’t buy one from any body without those requirements. https://davidsw.com/
If you want the grey dial 5146, Jacek has one. He is more of a vintage Rolex seller but probably took this this one in on trade. Trusted seller. https://www.hqmilton.com/timepieces/q05pevo2/patek-philippe-18k-white-gold-annual-calendar-5146g-010-with-box-A532
I’d love to get into collecting Patek’s, but it does seem you need to start with a fair bit of money first
Not to hijack. Anyone here fans of H. Moser & Cie? I was recently introduced to the brand, thought the Patek guys would be able give some color?
I compared one of my Pateks to a friend's Dufour and the difference was astonishing. It made the Patek feel like a mass produced but well marketed watch. I know it's not (entirely,) but it sure felt that way for a moment. And I second DavidSW and would add Takuya http://takuyawatches.com as good sources for high end watches at a discount.
The problem with Dufour is that its a small market of buyers. You get killed on resale. Not that its all about money but you buy a Patek (the right one) for the most part your money is safe. Same with Rolex. Cant say that about many other brands.
