    i just heard the story of how his good day deal started, on his first show, he was supposed to go for 3 and a half minutes, but came in at like 2 minutes 45 seconds, so he wound up stretching out the paul harvey..............good day! this guy was one of the old school radio people, once they're all gone, we'll probably never see ones like them again.

    He was a remarkable guy. I still remember riding in the backseat of my parents car going the grandparents and hearing his stories. They were always entertaining, even as a young kid.
