    I'm hearing Newman only did one Ferrari Challenge race, that was in the Robb Report car different SN than this one, although both Yellow. What are the actual races Newman did in this car?

    Again a F355 Challenge with a vague hint of "the car Paul Newman drove at Lime Rock". Reminded me of this old thread:

    Since I am very interested in the history of the Ferrari Challenge series, I really would like to known the real VIN of the car Newman drove that weekend. For me the clue is that he drove the car reserved for guests / celebrities

    Can someone look in Cavallino #111-113 to see if they have the Lime Rock results with SN? Forza covered the races with articles by David Seibert, but David didn't include SN's. Cavallino sometimes included SN's with Challenge results. Going back through the Forzas and Cavallino I did have from those times it was cool too see all the pics of Dr. Earle driving my #104504.

    Newman did not finish either of the two races at Limerock due to mechanical issues. These were the only Ferrari challenge races he participated in.

    Yes he was in the celebrity /guest driver car sponsored by the Robb Report as the photos show.

    I have this yellow car (which is in very nice condition) owned and driven by another driver in the series.

    Rob, AFAIK Cavallino reported on the Challenge series only in the beginning with the 348. Later on they occasionally published a table with known SN's (at least for the F355 Challenge).
    But to be sure I checked the issues of Cavallino you mention and alas...

    Does anyone know name and contact of the person who supposedly has David Seiberts old computer with all the Challenge info? I doubt any of the FNA results had SN's though, it was usually just the Telaio Cavallino types that did that.

    well now I'm pissed off, years ago I offered David I would catalog and organize all the Challenge history for presentation on FerrariChat. Instead, he gave it to Enrique Senior, who is now holding info ransom charging upwards of $5,000 for it. Enrique promised David he would make it available on internet and instead he has kept it for himself trying to profit off it.
