By popular demand there will be a second annual Paupers Run to Las Vegas in September. For those of you who missed out on the first run this is your chance to come out and enjoy one of the best events of the year.

Here is the link to the last event:

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90497&highlight=paupers

Space is limited. There is no entry fee (hence the Paupers Run). You pay for your own expenses - hotel, meals, etc.

This is a simple and fun event. Secure parking, hanging out with friends, a couple of fun drives, dinners, clubs, and gambling! PM me if you are interested!

Not sure the Cayenne would feel comfortable on the hard runs, but I'd love to share the ride. Now I just need a room and about a hundred dollars in singles.

I got a room with one great view...of the Red Rock mountains...its my vacation home in Summerlin at the Red Rock CC...and you're welcome to the guest room. Now we just have to work on the single dollar bills!

    Cheers,

Sorry I'm going to miss this one, but for you people who are going, you're in for a real treat.

Jeffrey is a great host, and for heaven sakes go easy on the park rangers this time (according to them we were observed at high rates of speed, can you believe it) :)

In a nutshell from last time:

3 nights at the Paris Hotel
Drives on Friday & Saturday mornings
Trips to the Wynn & Caesar's to see more cars
Lot's of good lunchs and dinners and...what happens in Vegas......

The last trip was very well planned and a lot of fun.

Cant wait till the trip. Thanks again to Jeffrey. Will be great to run again with the OG Paupers as well as any newbies.

One thing I would like to do differently... bring a broom to clear the road of gerbil-sized rocks. I dont think we all want to repaint again!!

Aaron - remember to bring extra shoe-laces and Ferrari-spec duct tape.

Frank - you got the singles covered

Frances - you got the Frost-de-jour covered

Rick - get some mudflaps for your Z06 :)

Actually, I think the snow storm effect looked good on your car :)

The best way to do the "Paupers Run" is to lead it - Gary definitely had the advantage :)

I may actually have my car back just in time for this! I better adjust my driving style so I don't tail gate the arse in front of me! At this rate, I am only owning my 355 to do the Pauper's run and then respray in anticipation for the next Paupers run.

    This will be fun

What the heck, tail gating your "arse" only cost me 30 grand (actually, it was the down time that really hurt) :)
