And now she looka just like a Camaro! Molto bene! One-Off Pavesi Ventorosso: 1989 Ferrari 412 Convertible | Bring a Trailer Image Unavailable, Please Login
If you dare, click on the link, check out the rear end, I think it was put on up-side down, It makes the front end look like a masterpiece.
Thanks a lot. That can't be un-seen. There's now an imprint in my retina "It burns, it burns!" Thank God it's LHD.
Ouch!! - "At least from the driver’s seat you can’t see the rest of the car...." Sadly, this is too true. This begs the question: "What did some 412 do to Pavesi to earn such wrath?"
No one has a heart for this alteration? I can see how it tried for a more modern look when you consider when it was done. I can see the front end being more integrated (much like the step from 308 to 328 or QV to 3.2). As for the rear, I can see the grates (as to be seen with Testarossa and 348) just a different setup (and no, it does not look good to me), but I understand the design exercise in its particular time, cheers braq
Perfect car to buy (cheap) and rebody it in a tasteful way without guilt. I would narrow it, shorten it if needed and make an open cockpit 50's or 60's ferrari out of it and put the current body out of its misery.
Other then the back end...I kinda like it, only because it's really odd looking. And the fact that it's a very rare 5 speed car. Overall it looks to be in good shape.
