    can you upgrade the PCM of the 1988.5 328 GTS 3.2 V8 ? and if so who is doing the upgrades? i have bought upgraded PCM's for a few other newer cars and it works good for a little more HP....thank you fred

    I don't think it would help. It is a lambda control unit and doesn't function like a Motronic unit etc. I don't think there is anything available that would help.

    No PCM, ECM or even an ECU on the 328...just a plain and simple mechical fuel injection with a lambda control unit, as Mr. 308GTS stated. The HP is what the HP is...

    thank you guys for the info.....but there must be a way of getting a little more H P out the 3.2 V8's ??

    Yes you could get rid of the CIS fuel injection and go to EFI and change the ignition over to Direct Fire. Mke put a supercharger on his.
