    I have received 28 Pdfs that are basically 1 page each..I would like to merge them into one PDF doc. Possible ?

    With the full version of Acrobat, yes. Not sure if there's a free way of doing so.

    Yes if you open Adobe Acrobat there is a pull down menu that gives you an option to "Create PDF from multiple files"

    It then asks you for the files
    You add them to the list in the order you want them (you can shuffle up and down) then hit save and new file name

    If you don't have a full version of Acrobat, you can do this with win2pdf or other pdf print utilities - just print the .pdf file to another .pdf file & keep appending.
