I head out there every year for a bushel or two. 1 1/2 hour drive out, 30-45min in the orchards, lunch, 1 1/2 hour drive back.
Peaches fresh off the tree are incredible! Forget that stale supermarket taste. Say Blech to the local farmer's market.

Besides, it's a great drive out rt 80 in great, crisp weather.

Anybody interested in a specific day?

Well, I went anyway. The peaches are SunCoast and they are incredible!
    Great Rasberries too!

Just a couple of shots. The 308 in the lot of the orchard
    looking out over the orchards
    left- local vegtable market peach
    right- what I picked today.

Folk, they are good! and the ride was great with perfect weather.
2 maybe 3 police the whole 100mile ride. Traffic moving 80-90mph the whole trip. It was great!

    Apples are up next!
