Has anyone got any good advice on removing the pedal box. Mine is a right hand drive 1987 Testarossa but I guess its the same for both sides. I have already removed the brake and clutch masters (and booster), the windscreen motor and hood locks. I cannot get the pedal box to come out of the top without the pedals getting stuck. Is there a special trick? Stuck on a Sunday afternoon Phil
It comes out, but it ain't easy! I took mine out last spring, put my 10 yr old son on his back in the footwell of the car as I persuaded the pedal box up and out. Not sure if you have access to a 10-12 yr old not a standard tool everyone has in their tool box http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/boxers-tr-m/494744-clutch-control-lever.html
Well I managed to get it out Jeff once I realised that the plate forward of the pedal box has to come out first. Mine was that well gooed in that it looked part of the bodywork. New clutch master fitted. There was absolutely no chance that I would have got the master cylinder pin and split pin fitted while the pedal box was in the car.
