Looking at one - Pensacola beach. Any local insight on the prices of these? One I am looking at is 40% of the original sales price. Would love some opinions on the area. Thanks!
Look into the cost of homeowners insurance on a theoretical 3rd or 4th-floor 2/2 condo. Might be eye-opening! Are you paying cash or financing it? More leeway without a lender being involved. Pensacola, being a Navy town on the Gulf of Mexico, probably has a high percentage of military retirees...whom are typically condo buyers. Could be a real smart investment on your part... KevFla
great area...it does have a cool season being as far north as it is, which is a great time of year to do outside things ( non beach ) with the heat turned down a bit ... Ferrari have a nice presence there as well, the community is not intense with tourism, yet plenty of things to do
