    Hi All,

Member of the Ferrari Club of America and current Maserati owner. My last name is Ferrari
so there will be a V-12 in garage one day. Manual 599 to be exact.

I just want to post about a pleasant experience I had at Penske-Wynn this week while in Las Vegas. I drove to LV from Scottsdale instead of flying as the overall time is not much different overall if you include the airport waiting ect. Besides running in the desert out west is just fun. Everyone is already doing over 80. Was fun to have my car in LV for once. The Police sure liked it. They must have gotten tired of running my plates. Maserati involved shoot last year had something to do with it. I don't drink and drive so no issues and they would follow run the plates and leave. Anyway I got check engine light the night I before I was going to leave town.

I sent an E-mail to Penske LV telling them I would be in first thing in the morning. I arrived before they had even checked e-mail that morning. It didn't really matter. Richard Kansky the service manager could not have been any nicer or gone more out of his way to get me back on the road and home safely. He had them pull my car into the basement and hooked it to the computer. Printed out a couple of one time codes that wouldn't not be an issue to drive home on. One was a Brake Switch code which he was concerned about but since I have a rare manual gearbox vs the CC it not an issue. He won't even charge me for hooking it up and running the soft ware.

Richard walked me into the shop and introduced me to his team. I was concerned about how busy they would and not being a known customer etc. It was like going to my local shop and talking withe boys. First time I have ever experienced this at a Corp. Factory store of any exotic brand. I must say it was very refreshing! Richard gave the full tour while they hooked up my car. I was back on the road by 9AM much earlier than I was expecting. I didn't get my breakfast of leave any addition funds at the win.

Guys if you are ever in LV and need any service I don't believe you could leave your baby in any better hands. Richard turned a road trip issue into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Job well done Penske-Richard Kansky and his service team.

PS- I even learned something I didn't new about my Maserati. Leaving I saw a rear seat light on only on one side. I couldn't figure out how you it was turned off. You just touch it.
Never have or will be in the back seat but I learned something new. Back home in Scottsdale in 3:45 minutes including a gas stop and burger in Wickenburg. Light did not come on again. Penske Scottsdale can check it out on my next service.
