    I really do not mix anything in with the meat..................I like to add as toppings...bacon, cheese, onions, mayo, ketchup, peppers, every seasoning in the spice cabinet................so on and so on. I enjoy the taste of just the meat by itself, never less than 20% fat, any less fat and you might as well not even eat hamburgers.

    I've made my share of burgers over the years, and have never, ever had to add an egg to hold the meat together.

    My only recipe: Lawreys Seasoned Salt. Liberally applied.
