Just cleaned it up...400 miles just goofing around this weekend. Bugs everywhere. EVERYWHERE! Floor mats were a train wreck. Drove home in a downpour Saturday night. No leaks! New chip in the windshield. rats New chip in the front bumper. Patina! Cleaned up the sap from when we parked under an oak tree at a friends house. Ran like a freakin' Swiss watch (and it is...<gasp> an F1 car!) Simply perfect. Drive 'em if ya got 'em
Nice!! I took mine out this evening but not very far. I love the car, it runs like a top. But, I need to fill some bumper chips also. Probably should do a respray this winter.
Put 200 miles on mine today with the top down. 80 degrees and not a cloud in the sky in Dallas. Simply awesome especially after the car being in pieces for an engine out and top end rebuild since Christmas. Had it back on the road for three weeks now, and it runs fantastic. Today was a lot of fun. Best time of the year to drive these cars.
