HI guys. Well, here comes the oldest picture I have of my car. I purchased it in 1972, August 13th and about 2-3 months later I did a dozen of photographs. The first I attach is one of those , taken in the countryside around my town.
So now my car is with me for 44 years....
I think to be one of the most loyal owners (-:

The second image was taken in the square of the Prince's palace in Monaco Montecarlo during honeymoon in september 1981.

P.S. in another thread I will post an interesting doc about the purchase.
Here you see the old plate of the previous owner, who lived in Bergamo (BG) and the original 1971 nose.

Obviously you searched Iggy Moore and E. or Edward BELHUMEUR on the Dino Register! And yes, it is #03656!!

I am still searching for Mr. Moore and Mr. Belhumeur. I think I found Mr. Belhumeur's old address in Massachusetts, but I am not sure.

Thank you, Marcel! I think the address is actually 55 Merrimac Rd, North Smithfield, RI 02896. I tracked that address down before, but haven't been able to locate a number or the current owner. If you look at it on Google Maps with Street View, it is very hard to believe that the owner had a Dino 246gt, let alone a 330 GTS Spider!

To the best of my recollection, all US Dinos came with either Michelin XVR/XWX or Goodyear G800 Grand Prix tires.

    Hi

I think you are right, but the CN36 came out in 68 and was fitted to the Fiat Dino, so i'm sure at some point they would have ended up on a Ferrari and i would like a picture for my web site because Pirelli are making them again and t hey are good. there is a tyre comparison done using Porsche with these tyres Classic Porsche Tyres | Longstone Tyres

In the name of research i forced my self to watch several episodes of the Persuaders to find out what tyres they were fitting

and yes the Dino was on https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/michelin-classic-tyres/michelin-xwx/205-70vr14-michelin-xwx.html as you'd expect.

However i was really pleased to see the DBS had chose the period radial option of https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/pirelli-cinturato/cn72/205vr15-pirelli-cinturato-cn72.html, which is the same tyre Ferrari fitted. However up untill the '70s Aston were still fitting crossply tyres unless you specified you wanted to spend the extra money on a radial where they fitted Cinturato

Yes that was my 72 Dino GT with a change of color to Rosso. It's factory color at birth was Oro Chiraro Metallizza. It's chassis number was 03630.. Had the cross wiper set up.

I don't recall seeing this photo posted before. It shows a variety of Dinos alongside 4 365 BB's and a Daytona in a storage area of the factory in 1974.
