I have wanted one of these for so long i finally decided to get going on that after seeing a car with it in the Gated Modena Thread. I think the buyer could specify what message to display but I am going to bespoke this part of the plaque. The angled base plate that mounts to the console is 100 bucks from Ricambi and I have a spare NOS gated console since mine got a small scratch in it during some service that is sitting on the parts shelf. :)

Not sure what I will put on the plaque base when I get it mounted but the options are endless. Maybe Kevin Rev'n with a cavalino ;-)

Was this an option that you could order with a new car?

What's interesting is that the "plate support" is $100 but the plate to go in it is almost $600! Do you think that you have a source to reproduce the plate? It can't be hard, right?

I have skills with aluminum so I could make an insert and then have someone engrave. All these CNC houses are out there I have to think there is an easy solution, although I didn't research it...yet. I can always fill with red paint too and get a high quality decal made! I was thinking maybe get a small lapel pin and set it inside the cavity and pour red paint in to fill and make it special if I have to go the decal route. A fun thing to do on a rainy day.

Any local trophy shop can make the insert very easily as well.

Looks like Ricambi was optimistic that they could get me one of these. Just got an email that said they cannot source after all. Might be harder to get than I thought. I sent inquiry to Eurospares. We'll see how it goes.

It would be an easy enough thing to make but I like the paint matching of OEM parts. Wonder what these guys will find?

    Hi Kevin,
Thank you for contacting us at All Ferrari Parts. Unfortunately, the dedication plate support is not available at this time. We are checking world wide to find out the availability and your price. We will be back to you once we have this information.
    Best regards,

Kevin- Check with Maranello Classic Parts, the old parts house from Maranello Concessionaires before it was broken up.

Honestly, Kevin, make your own dedication plaque and put it there. If you want to take it off later, it would be very easy to do.

Thanks for the tip. They say none but I inquired anyway.

Yes, this is a solid suggestion. Just the issue of matching the paint. But then polished would look good too since the shifter plate is this way.

Honestly, I would so a simple flat 1"x2.5" or thereabouts plate with a polished border with your own inscription or whatever. I'm sure that you could get it laser etched and then whatever art you wanted. If you find a good source, I would be keen with getting a few done as well. I will pm you my idea.

Do any of you guys have one you can measure? If I go the re-pop route I want it to be close to the original. I could guess the rest but these dimensions are critical. Thanks
