Pet care in Scottsdale area

Going to be visiting son in Scottsdale over Thanksgiving. Looking for daycare or boarding on T-Day and Fri. Seems most places are closed on T-Day and/or require pre-screening. As we are traveling from WA pre-screening is not easily done. Canine, female Akita, will be 1yo in Nov, spayed. Looking for ideas. TIA
