Better to get this ball rolling early. This year Petit Le Mans is from September 29 - October 2. So plan your schedules accordingly and start praying that the rain wont come down that weekend. Schedule for the race was released today and is attached. Possible revisions to it may come so keep your eyes peeled.
Two of my friends work for Panoz so I will def. be there! I hope to finally meet some of you guys in person!
I cant wait either... the entire weekend is a blast. we need to cheer on Andy Pilgrim for and his Volvo in the speed series too as well as the two Robertson Ford GT's... the guys at Risi are always fun too.. its ginna be fun..

I also saw and was saddened by the missing Speed GT and WC races. I loved watching them race, they were always close finishes and getting close to and talking to drivers was so simple. I assume the deal is that since the races are now on Verses might be why they didn't come. LAME! Looks like these guys are coming ---- http://www.trans-amracing.com/ not sure I care. At least we will have a GT3 Porsche Cup race or two.
Entries were just emailed out. For the people who follow, its in the attached pdf. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Almost no SCCA racing will be there except Trans Am. Last year WC SUCKED, I am hoping it returns next year, as I ALMOST have a ride lined up and REALLY want to drive something during the Petit weekend. World Challenge is 20x better than it was last year and the new organizers are going back to the series roots as it should.
FCA members got the invite from a sponsor through FOA, limited to 1st 50 cars for the corral, which will be infield next to the vendors area.
+1 I am really blown away with what they put together. I was just hoping for a corral but this is above and beyond. Big thanks for everyone who put this together.
Thanks to the folks at Pennzoil and Risi we were able to get this out to everyone. I know there was some frustration about the news coming slowly but hope everyone that wanted to get in was able to get passes. Registration is full so it appears we will have a great group of cars and people there to enjoy the race. See everyone soon!
Will...... (even though I'm not a FCar owner any more) ........I think it goes without saying that you always seem to go above-and-beyond for the troops, which is much appreciated.
I got my packet yesterday. Many thanks to Will campbell, and Pennzoil, and Myra etc, and eveyone else for putting this all together. First class operation! m
