Please share the following information with members of your Region, particularly those surrounding Road America, Baltimore, Laguna Seca and Atlanta. ALMS' PR staff is looking for volunteers to assist with a number of promotional activities. The details are as follows: - ALMS Fan Info Booth: Answering fan questions, providing materials (schedules, track map, grids, results, etc...) - Tech Talk: set up and break down of the PA system, speakers and microphone - Autograph session: set up and break down (tables, table clothes and name cards) - Pre/post race ceremonies: set up and break down They typically are asking for volunteers to work four hours, and in exchange, they receive weekend passes to the event.
