    You know the world is about to end when a 22 year old girl buys a 57,000 square foot home. Her dad earned his money and they can spend it anyway they wish, but this certainly seems excessive to me.

    Of course its excessive, but everything about Bernie is.

    To be honest, if I had Ecclestone money I wouldn't mind doing the same. As long as my kids appreciate stuff/money that is.

    AFAIK, neither of the girls have been in "trouble" or arrested etc? As much as we piss & moan at the Pygmy, I suspect he did a pretty good job of keeping 'em somewhat sensible (?)

    Hard to believe she or her sister could be produced with Bernie's genes. :eek:

    I would be very disappointed if she ends up with an American reality show a la Paris Hilton or something.....I think we have enough of those.... :eek:

    Sold for $85MM. I wonder what the logic is behind buying a 57K sq. ft. home for a 22 year old? Bernie just wants the biggest baddest place and seeing as he bought it at half off he figures he got a great deal that he can profit from later? I wonder what the real involvement is with the daughter? Is she just planning to live in it part time and that's about all she has to do with it? Crazy.

    No, I don't think ANYONE has ever said there is no money in F1 - it's just all spread out among just a handful of people.
