    Phelps will be in town on Wednesday to support our bid for the 2016 Olympics.

    I'd love to see him, but have no details on when and where.

    Anybody?

    I noticed last week that the lobby of the Sears Tower is decorated in 2016 Olympic bid flags etc. Maybe the event will be there?

    He's going to be at Millennium Park on Wednesday (I believe), for the taping of the Oprah show.

    I think you're right. I missed the chance of getting tickets (on sale on Saturday only). So I'm SOOL. Bummer.

    Well, on the bright side, I'm happy to see Oprah push the bid. Whatever she touches turns to gold.

    You didn't miss much by not getting tickets. There were only 2000 being given out and the line of hopefuls was 6 blocks long!
