Anyone have good solutions for an iPhone mount and / or radar mount? Would be great for the phone to be visible for navigation and radar to be hardwired and semi-permanently mounted using a Blendmount like device.

I use a windshield "suction" mount for an old Garmin GPS unit for nav, so there's nothing permanent. There must be something similar to fit a cell fon. Drawback is the power wire hanging, but it doesn't bother me much as I use it infrequently. The Garmin has an internal battery but that died many years ago.

Radar - I don't use one so I can't really recommend. My old 308 (which is the last car that needs a radar detector) had a radar detector that was the size of 2 bricks, clipped to the passenger sun visor with the wire hidden in the a-pillar trim - what a dumb thing. Not only did the clip leave an impression in the sun visor, but what was the point? I'm not up to speed on radar detectors, but can you get a detector where the sensor is remote from the "head unit"? Maybe you can mount the sensor behind the front grill and run a wire into the cabin that pops out under the center console tray where you can sit the head unit.

Thanks Phil, looks like windshield suction would be the easiest way to go for function, wish there was something better for style / finish.

That looks ideal! Can you share more on your hardwiring solution?

I did it like 6yrs ago, but I just took a regular phone cord and ran it asking the headliner, down the A pillar, and I think there is a ground there and then the 12v may come from a switched fuse at the fuse box.
The mount is the one is the typical suction cup one that comes with radar detectors. It attaches at the top where the windshield is black, so it is invisible
