    My iPhone used to connect to my FF easily. Last week I started getting the message "pairing unsuccessful". I tried unpairing the phone but that is also unsuccessful.

    I attempted to pair with my wife's phone but it cannot see 'Ferrari' to pair with, not can the infotainment see her phone.

    I tried disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes but when I reconnected the battery the original setting had been retained, rather than wiping the slate clean as I had imagined.

    I've switched all elements of the puzzle off and on, made sure my iPhone is updated etc.

    What shall I try next please? 2012 UK car

    You might want to check some of the computer/phone forums to see if others have suddenly encountered similar pairing or other problems. I recently got an iPhone update and suddenly, I'm blocked from blocking spam texts and scam calls.
