I took these photos of the 599 on tuesday Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
notice how sloped the rear trunk panel is, it looks great in person. the side vents do not look as "out of place" as they did in the red photos for the press release.
Thats good to hear, the front looks quite long in those pictures aswell! Is it just the angle or what?
Nice shot! I think the darker metallic color really shows off the very rounded surfaces which were not evident in the red and yellow cars. The car is big, though. The 20" rear wheels look small. I guess the days of the waist high 308's are over... BTW how did the new V8 F1 sound? Probably much nicer than the old V10.
honestly, i couldn't really tell a difference on the sound. if i heard them closer in comparison to one another, i may have been able to offer a better answer. the 248 was only running about 5 laps and would then disappear for an hour and come back out again.
WOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! And you may all flip-flop......... now. PS= great job getting the shot wspeer, you were right, it is stunning.
The car actually doesnt look that bad in that picture. It still isnt pretty however. Is it just me, or does that car looks like it rides high?
Absolutely. Everything comes together. This proves what I've been sayin about recent Ferrari designs being more 3-D, as a result not being nearly as photogenic as past models simply because you have to see the whole car to understand and literally SEE the logic and symmetry of the car. Many thanks for clarifying all this Corvette foolishness. LOL. Forza, Cavallini
Still looks like it has only single taillights per side. On another 599 thread, someone tried to suggest they had "inside information" and it would have double lights per side.
Thats what I said when I bought my F430. Silverstone is a very nice alternative to the primary colors. not that the primary colors are bad. Nothing beats a Red, Black or Yellow Ferrari. Image Unavailable, Please Login
that looks a lot better, but the car still isnt that pretty, although it IS groing on me. Ir reminds me when the F430 came out. I hated it, but then i grew to like more and more(ferrari is really good at that), and now i love the F430.
I saw a Murci today in a similar color - really looked amazing. The car's so extreme that the understated color really sneaks up on you, moreso than lime metallic green, etc.
the rims arent that ugly!...Very F50. It has that same shape as the F50..but not as round and curvacious as shown. The only thing i would change on it is add a diffusor on the rear hatch...like the F430.
looks like i am going to have to trade my F430 in on a 599 (but I'll keep the spider)---that car looks awesome (and with 600+HP)
