I'm looking for a good site that can sell & ship photos that I have uploaded.... any suggestions or experience would be appreciated. Something like what a hardcore amateur/semi-pro would use would be great.

I'm really not a pro or anything close to it but I find myself in a situation where I need to have a bunch of photos that I took printed and ideally I would make a few bucks at it as well. I took a bunch of aerial shots of my wife's workplace which is a large industrial plant. She printed one off as a gift for a coworker who was leaving and one of the management types saw it and now they want her to get a bunch made up to hang in the office. Normally I just give my pics to anyone who might want them but in this case her employer is a large Indian (dot) firm that are really a bunch of despicable bastards and she says there is no way in hell they are not gonna pay a few extra bucks for these pics. The easiest way to pass this along seems to be to start an account with one of the online outfits. I looked at Shutterfly a bit but it seems more tailored to making photo calenders of your kids.

There are a number of them out there. My favorite is smugmug's service.

    here's mine for reference: www.hypercontrast.com

I don't have the shopping cart set up, but it's extremely simple.

Customization is almost endless, though mine is all with the basic tools.

Nice site.... What I'm really looking for is a site that has all the shopping cart stuff ready to go that will print them out and ship them. Ideally they would even offer some cheap ass frames.

Looking at Smugmug right now and it looks like what I'm looking for.

Costco does a nice job of printing small to large sizes, and ships them to you out of NJ.
Their large size prints were less than 1/2 of what Wolf/Ritz was charging, and they came out great.

I have been using smugmug for over 4 years I think and I love it. I think that pro has gotten more expensive since I started ($99, but they hold the price) but it offers a lot. unlimited storage, lots of options for sizes and other features like frames. They just recently added coupons also where they give you a code that you can give out and people get the discount. They handle everything and only take a small amount out, I have found it helps because they are trusted so people don't even question buying them.

If you have any questions about them let me know. I don't work there or anything but I do get behind products I believe in.

I really appreciate the help... things have been busy and I only got a brief chance to look at Smugmug but I like what I see and think it will probably work out.

I use Mpix Pro and really like it. I have complete control over the prints and then I just have them drop shipped to clients, the $4 2nd day FedEx shipping doesn't hurt either.

Whitehouse Custom Color. They only work with professional photogs though.
