My father's b-day is coming up soon and I was looking through the pics I have on my computer of him and I together. Well there is only one that looked like one I would like to get printed up and framed for him. One problem, random bozo on the bottom right of the pic.

Can someone skillfully remove that guy from the pic without messing up the height of the pic?

    Here is the pic:

*also, if that cigarette in my hand could somehow disappear as well that would be great[/Lumberg voice]

you can easily crop that guy out but replacing it with fill matching the jacket and pants, not sure how that will look. maybe some of the more experienced photochoppers can suggest better....
why don't you want to just crop the pic from the guy's head up?

I am such a novice I can't even do that part properly
I did that initially, but I want to frame the picture and it looks a lot better with the added length to it. Otherwise the pic comes out almost perfectly square instead of a properly proportioned rectangle.

I just use the Paint program that is in the garden variety Windows accessories. I use the BRUSH icon and set it on the smallest setting which enables you to paint individual pixels. Click on the EYEDROPPER icon, drag the EYEDROPPER over a desired color, LEFT click to store that color , and then use the PAINT BRUSH to paint individual pixels with that color. Then it's just trial and error to change colors many times and keep painting until it looks the best you can get. But before you start painting, you will have to click on VIEW, then ZOOM, then LARGE SIZE in order to explode the picture to the point where you can see individual pixels. Then click VIEW, then ZOOM, then NORMAL SIZE to set the picture back to normal size.

It took several days for my subconcious brain to realize something:
John's dad is Art Bell's clone!!! I think that some secret government experiments are being conducted down in New Orleans!

At first glance while scrolling down, he sorta resembled Ben Kingsley. I can't stop laughing at that either.
