My dino, wife and I got a place on the Tour Auto 2011 this year. An amazing event and the dino was excellent. We drove to Paris from London, did the event and drove back from Biarritz to London (about 800 miles) in a day - all in c2500 miles....and no assistance from a support crew.

The dino ate a lot of oil and is in need of some tlc but it handles very well on the track and on single track stages and, yes, on long seeping left handers you do get some fuel starvation. I discovered that, with some guts and speed, you can handbrake turn a dino.

Forty years on, they are just amazing cars and (I think) we are very lucky to own and drive them. I have posted some photos, I hope you will enjoy them.

    Lovely photos.

Especially like the E type and 911 'action' shot.

I never tire of looking at a Dino. What a cool car to have in Paris.

Brilliant! I can see from the attitude of the car in corners that you were not holding back.
The Dino squats nicely when you power it out of a corner! Well done that man!

Super well done Snowy and (very brave) better half! If I may, I would suggest posting your wife's delightful comments and have us all flavor the event to a higher plateau...
Who knows, we might go into this, next year.

    Regards, Alberto
    PS your book left today.
