Very impressive Richard, I am looking forward to seeing the rest.

And I must say, I am jealous that you got to drive a Lotus Exige S 240.
    How was it?

    thanks guys!

M, glad you enjoyed these...since we can't seem to connect in person, drop me a line with your address and I'll mail you that photo disc :) As for the car it (now...finally!) makes a great amount of power for this size/weight -- it pulls hard all the way up to the speed limit whereas the lesser models run out of juice about 8/10s the way there. I was always a fan of the 255 Cup I raced last year, and this thing is making comparable power at a comparable weight. Much better than the NA model elise, exige, or ex220 which are great fun but realistically lack the juice required to compete with the big boys. There are some great racing-oriented options that other models don't get. The brakes are phenomenal. It is extremely, extremely loud so the head-turning factor is off the charts. The supercharger lag is noticeable but acceptable. Suspension has that trademark Lotus feel....absolutely phenomenal little car, extremely direct but at the same time extremely forgiving.

I'll second this statement. The supercharger isn't quiet from inside the vehicle either, but I'm guessing that's because it's about 4 inches from your head.
