    are you sure you aren't working in CMYK and trying to save via web?

    would you mind sending me the project to see if get the same error, if i do theres a work around editing the registry... if dont then probably the file is corrupt.

    ok then.. it in some other forums they have some solutions which i believe are the ones you've tried so far.. changing from CMYK to RGB etc.. the last resort is to edit the registry.

    post #2, before doing that i suggest to back up the registry and then do it.
