I'm not sure about that (grounds for a lawsuit). You can hire someone or not hire someone for any reason you like provided it doesn't violate discrimination laws such as race, gender, etc. But physical appearance isn't a protected class, so you are OK not to hire someone because they are too pretty or too ugly, and you could fire them for the same reason.
