Just bought this 2014 Spider. Not everyone's favourite colour - but it is mine! Verde Zeltweg. Allegedly one of only 4 sold in this colour in the UK. Image Unavailable, Please Login

About time you posted! I guess you’re too busy driving. Scarlet turned 600 today. Guess I can rev above 5,000 now. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app

Rode the Dragon many times on a bike. Always wondered if a 458/488/F8 would bottom out on a few of the heavily banked, sharp turns. Sure did a number on my pegs.
Nope. It handled gracefully. It turns in so naturally. Confidence builds quickly. Most fun i have had in the dragon out of the 5 times I had been there. Left the carrera 4s and the GT4 in the dust on the way back. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

Apologies for cheating a little bit - not all these are recent but they show our Speciale and Pista nicely (snuck our 812 in too - gotta have some V12 action in your lives everyone ) Our Speciale has been driven everywhere, Maranello collection to UK, IOM TT course, Le Mans track, Goodwood circuit, Mille Miglia, tours of Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and so on. Hopefully never need to sell it, it’s become more than a car although I use it too rarely these days. Pista Spider is pictured on the Furka Pass at the James Bond point. Furka is definitely one of the best passes although the other side of the mountain is better for a Ferrari. Looking through this thread I must say the F8 looks fabulous. We had one and sold but not because I didn’t like it. The 458 seems to show its age against the F8 although it is a pretty timeless design. General consensus seems to be that the Pista is the nicest looking car from the 458/488/F8 platform but I think our Speciale is a little prettier than our Pista Spider. Last week-end on the track; including changing the pads and discovering a thread was screwed up (that's why the disc had to be removed for correction)... Apparently it's a common problem (also known on Porsche) since the thread is directly in the aluminium, and each pad change implies unscrewing / screwing to move the caliper.
