    We had a old school Cruise Reunion over the weekend. A strip that people have been cruising since the 50's. A few thousand hotrods showed up. Great time.

    Yes!! They now have a Lindberg Reunion cruise 3 times a year. It's insane, just like we remembered from many years ago. So many hot rods and great car guys.

    I'm probably older than you... 57 graduated 1983... but in the very late 70's and early 80's I went to a few and local street drags too as a teen. On the other side of town down Hog Hollow rd in Gumbo Bottoms there was a sort of private drive with a 1/4 mile marked off we use to go to.

    Yeah. I'm 47 and didn't move to the area until 1998. I always heard about the history behind cruising lindberg. I love hearing about old racer stories! We'd always gather at Steak N Shake to line up races, then head out to the Hwy to race from a stop after midnight.
