    it looks like a hot wheels elite because the rear wing has a split in it.

    You know that really bugs me. I know the Hotwheels F40 is basically the Bburago F40 but why did they cast the rear deck and wing like that. I have a 1/12 Fujimi F40 and that is the same but I filled the join when I built it. The 1/12 Kyosho is done correctly so it can't be that hard. I know it's going off the thread a bit but it's annoying. I have the Elite F40 which is generally very good APART FROM THE JOIN ON THE REAR WING!!!!

    It is the Elite F40.

    What is this "split" you're referring to? I guess I'll have to look closer when I get home today.

    Ah I definitely see now. Never noticed at first, but even still it doesn't bother me THAT much. Still love the elites.

    I guess I can live with it too - just wish that Exoto came through on their F40s! The Elite is the best so far

    I bought them at a local, high end, and very exclusive store. Ikea, $12.99... ;)
