Picked up a 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider

Recently took delivery of a 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider (click link of delivery below). This car is awesome! My wife always wanted a convertible and now I can have my cake and eat it too as most convertibles do not look good with the top up. When asked what I thought after my first drive, I said it's "OMG ridiculously scary fast". Traded in my 2012 Maserati Granturismo SA coupe which was a great intro to luxury sports cars but no regrets. Started the process of upgrading this Spider with HRE P101 (255/30/21 & 335/25/22) black rims with HRE carbon fiber center caps and Pirelli P-Zero tires, Novitec Rosso Sport Springs, Novitec Rosso exterior carbon fiber components, MA Carbon interior carbon fiber components, and high flow engine air filter. Also plan to smoke black the side markers, parking lamp lenses, tail lights, third brake light, and rear fog lamp lenses. Yes, I realize the upgrades $$$ exceed current value but I didn't buy the car looking for any return on my investment. Wanted to ask the forum for opinions whether or not to wrap the roof (not the humps) in vinyl wrap - Yes / No? If so, what color: gloss black, matte black or carbon? Not that I've had any real operating experience with this car yet or if it really needs more performance but any thoughts on other recommended upgrades (i.e. ECU or Exhaust - must be CA compliant)? All comments are greatly appreciated. I'll plan to post photos of the upgrades when install is complete.

As it turns out Ferrariderm echoed the opinion of others (not posted) so I will NOT wrap the top in black or carbon. As far as waiting to upgrade over time suggested by Cigarzman, the idea has merit but it's not the American way. Besides I prefer to personalize the car with my upgrades. Logistically, it make sense to get it done all at once. For Saraojo, below is the build list. As I'm new to Ferrari, let me know of any recommended upgrades I may have missed. Pre-project photos of the 458 Spider are below. It's challenging to improve on the already sexy lines but some interior / exterior carbon fiber elements, Novitec springs, and HRE wheels will add bling to this stallion. Most parts have arrived so dismantling will start soon. Oh, forgot to mention the Avrapovic exhaust is also part of this build. Must do a Soundcheck after install.
