I said good bye to my Corvette Z06 last week... Today, i picked up my new toy -- a 1996 F355B. I have a pic. but it is too large to be uploaded....will work on resizing it sometime so i can post it... What a fun car! Hope to see some of your cars of the local cars this year.... Thanks to Roland and Jim Walters for all their advice/help and support as researched and purchased my Ferrari. I was totally clueless and both of them gave me some very valuable advice along the way. Cheers Mark
Got your picture, very cool color that no one will miss when passing you hahaha!!!( got to learn the real F power from the Vette power now) Congratulation and we all expect you at PPIR in May and to many other fun events. Take care, enjoy your new toy. See you soon. Roland F40LM
Is that the one from FoD? If so I want you to know I have been drooling over that car for awhile now....even if its not the FoD one, Im still drooling LOL. I hope to see you around at some track days and such later on this year! Use it well.....
Thanks all....it is a really fun car... Leslie -- yes...i plan to be at PPIR. Already have the fire extinguisher mounted... Alex V...yes...it is the one that was at FOD...i had been droooooling for about 2 months...figured i just put it in my garage!
Congrats Hotzos, love fly yellow/black on that car! I'm flying out from San Diego to Denver on Wed. to check out a car at FoD. Was talking with Bill Orth, who really impressed me. Supposedly they're going to go over it and do the 30K major. Just curious as to whether you negotiated at all, or just wrote the check. Did you bother with a PPI away from the dealership? Also interested to know if the car was perfect as advertised (hell it looks perfect) (so how do you sleep without running out to the garage every 10 minutes?) Not too worried about buying from them, but if you have any feedback please PM me, or post here if you want. Jon
