    I had the privilege to test drive an M5, but it wasn´t easy to drive, enjoy and take som nice pictures in 20 minutes :)

    Yes, I drove tha car. It is really a amazing car and the power and sound from the V10 engine is unbelievable. It´s crazy that you are allowed to drive such car on public streets. The only "bad" thing is the gearbox in sport mode, it´s not so comfortable. But on the other side it´s a sportscar :) If I had the money I would buy one right now.

    It is one beautiful car! I will replace my current e39 M5 once a real shifter is offered in 2007.

    is this completely confirmed? i heard it was an on-again-off-again thing that was still in discussions.

    i enjoyed my E39 immensely. i'd definitely consider an E60 - even with the styling silliness.

    6-speed M5 is atleast a year away, Sept/Oct 2006. And thats IF bmw doesnt decide in the next few months to just scrap it all together.

    BMW is confident they'll win over M5 Enthusiasts with the SMG, dont hold your breathe for the 6-speed.

    I have a November Delivery Silverstone w/Black leather M5 I'm looking to sell, if anyone is interested.
