I want a garage like that in Georgetown but I guess the Ritz will do for now.
When is CRIBS coming to film your home?

HAHA, where else can you see a downdraft Countach, a V12 Rolls Limo and a Yngwie Malmsteen Stratocaster at the same event???

Despite the stifling heat, the event was absolutely legendary...

    Thanks Peter!

Peter and Nancy Thank you again for your hospitality. It was nice to meet some new faces and some previously viewed ones as well. Its a pleasure to be in the company of a great group of car enthusiasts.

Thanks Lashdeep for the ride. The 348 will twist your knickers and bang your knockers with all that power. or is it the otherway around .. The highlight for me was the garage. Cant say enough about the 300sl ..

It was also nice to see a fantastic turnout of female spouses who talk shop..

    Peter,

Forgive me for repeating what I've already said, but you and Nancy were terrific, putting together such a great event. And what a garage!! The cars of course were a feast, and the rides made available in some cases were quite a bonus. Special thanks to the countless (at least I lost count) guests who were kind enough after test driving the 512TR to permit me and my son David to also go for a drive in it at the end of the event!

P.S. Charles (and anyone else I missed when I finally left): Sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbye, but I'm looking forward to the next time.

Charles was nice enough to 1) setup the A/V equipment 2) take 74 photos and 3) keep Suzie occupied!

    Amazing performance buddy! :)

    Larry,

Welcome to the board! Sorry to say I was the first to benefit from your graciousness after coming back from driving Peters TR. Must have opened the floodgates! It definitely changed my perspective on what the 512 can offer. Good to see your son enjoying the joy of premier sportscar enthusiasm.

Those are some funny quotes. Hey Deep, was Juan Pablo ok?

I wish I could make it to more of the events, you guys seem to have a great time. Hell, I need to make it to at least one event!

What a great spread. You guys had almost as many cool cars as the Lime Rock Challenge Races but it is not an 800 mile trip. The Plasma TV in the garage wins it for me. Beth thought I was nuts when I put Direct TV in my Garage but Plasma is over the top! Thanks for sharing.

    Hey, everyone:

Having literally just joined FerrariChat yesterday, I was blushing as I read all of the kind words about my party Sunday. It would have been nothing without all who were kind enough to bring their beautiful vehicles out on a hot day -- too many people to thank, but I do thank each and every person who attended. What an awesome gathering of new friends and old friends. Of course, next year I will feel morally obligated to outdo this year's party, so I hope everyone will attend.

To Charles Perry -- very few people know how much you and Suzie contributed in helping prepare for the party -- many many thanks for so kindly letting me get you out of bed at the crack of dawn when I couldn't figure out the VCRs to save my life; for helping me track down the right coaxial cables for the t.v. hook-ups; for running around with me when we needed to ensure that we caught the beginning of the race on each of the 3 VCRs; for helping me set up the entire drink table -- and for doing it all without one complaint. You are truly a class act, through and through.

    Regards
